Our Installation Process (2-3 Days)

1. Diamond Grinding: This step removes any previous surface coatings and ensures the epoxy adheres properly to the floor.
2. We clean the floor by vacuuming and sweeping to make sure it's smooth and ready for epoxy.
3. Professionals apply an "zero-maintenance", industrial-grade epoxy to the surface during epoxy application.
4. Flake Broadcasting strengthens and evens out the floor surface by covering it with a full broadcast of flakes. This process also helps to hide any imperfections in the concrete.
5. Top coat polyaspartic applied.

So purchased a new build house. Closed Friday at 2:30-3:00ish. Jordan the tech was there and went to town! Hustled to get done on time and killed it. It was complete at 11am on Sunday. Then obviously needed to cure till Tuesday/Wednesday latest. The concrete was a killer on this one and it’s been cold. But they did an amazing job. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone. Leo and his crew (Elbert & Fernando) are simply the best! Leo was extremely easy to work with ... rescheduled our floor job several times through the building process due to the inevitable delays (dirt work, slab & steel building erection). Elbert & Fernando are very personable and real craftsmen ... I don't use this word lightly. I've done all the inside build-out of my shop, and am extremely particular. All I can say is WOW. They also were very conscientious about cleaning up. Love the look and texture of the floor ... no more slipping on fine sawdust.
